The location of the boiler and pipe work, we believe there maybe unseen pipe work running behind the bath that will need relocating to allow for the renovation of your bathroom.. These pipes could be
Pressure Release Valve (PRV) Pipe
Flow & Return Heating Pipes
Gas supply pipe
Condensate pipe
The work to move these pipes fall outside the remit of a bathroom renovation, At this time we do not know what pipes will need moving as we are unable to see behind the bath. There will be an extra cost to cover the time and matierals to move any pipe work that needs relocating.
