There is a possibility that pipe that runs from the bathroom into the encapsulated roof space will need to be work on. This could occur if the pipe in the area outside of the bathrooms moves or leaks or needs any work on to complete the bathroom renovation. For this to happen it may be necessary for us to open the ceiling or boxed wall area to access this pipe work. If this is required then we would need to charge for the time and materials to cover this work. We are happy to discuss this with you.
