Description
It is possible your partition walls between the bathroom – bedroom, bathroom – hallway are Egg box partition walls (Paramount partitions). This is a single material with plaster board both sides and egg box in between. When removing the bath or the tiles, it may damage the wall, as both sides of the wall are the same material, it is possible that the exterior side of the wall may damage. If any work is needed to be carried out to make a repair to the outside wall there would be charge based on time and materials required to carry out this work.
