Description
Caution if your soil pipe, waste and water pipes are encapsulated between an extension roof and ceiling, extra work may be needed to be carried out. This work may be needed to reposition the waste pipes or change to a modern waste pipe. We may have to work on the hot or cold water feeds in the closed area outside of the bathroom. It could be old pipes that will fail when moved or old pipe work of a different size that we cannot get corretly connect to.
The waste pipe outside the bathroom in the space between the exterior wall and soil stack may leak after work has been carried out, we would not be responsible in the event of this happening.
If the water feeds in the enclosued area outside of the bathroom fail, they could leak, we would not be responsible in the event of this happening.
Extra work would need to be carried out to resolve this. This would be chargeable
If the extension area hasn’t a ceiling hatch to allow access, then for any work to be carried out an access hole or holes would need to be cut. This work will be charged according to the time it takes to carry out the extra work. We are happy to discuss this with you.
