The bathroom is located above the stair header. It is likely the floor area in the bathroom at the stair end will have part of the ceiling structure within it. In simple terms this means that the floor area is smaller than the ceiling area….
This will restrict what can be fitted in this area and may make it impossible to fit items to back to the wall. It may also restrict pipe work location and may set the position of items within this area.
