The tiles in the bathroom meet the coving. When removing wall tiles, the material behind it damages. It is more likely that the coving will damage when removing the wall tiles. The space below the coving on the ceiling would need repairing. We can easily fix this by plastering the ceiling. Though plastering the ceiling forces electrical work, as any electrical item in the ceiling needs to be removed to allow the plasterer to correctly plaster the ceiling. The electrician would then replace and fit the items you require such as lighting, extractor fan and switches etc.
