Description
Change the ineternal soil pipe from cast to plastic; We may need to open the boxed area below the bathroom to access the soil pipe. If we open this area we do not carry out any decorating or plastering in this price.
The cast iron soil pipe will be cut somewhere between ground level and bathroom floor to allow for couplers and a strap boss to be connect to enable a toilet and waste pipes to be connected.
Please note if the soil pipe is asbestos a specialist company would need to be brought in to safely remove and dispose of the soil pipe. If an asbestos s company is needed, they will provide a quote for the work and charge for this specialist service. This cost would be extra.
