Description
There is a distance between the property and the road. For us to be able to get our vehicle closer to enable us to bring tools and materials, we will need a key to open the locked gate for the duration of the work. The price given is with a key included. If we are not able to access the key or open this gate the price will alter to take into account the extra time it will take to carry out the work.
